Unfortunately at this time the BBB files are being updated. Therefore they do not currently have a rating, or any customer complaints listed at this time. Wireless devices and accessories purchased from Verizon Wireless can be returned within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee of $35 ($70 for net-books and tablets) applies to any return or exchange of a wireless device (excluding Hawaii). In order to see the payment methods, the customer must set up an account, with a credit check. I would strongly recommend contacting Verizon Wireless directly to see what payment methods they accept prior to ordering from the site. more

There is a $35 ($70 for netbooks and tablets) restocking fee for returns. The customer may also terminate service within 14 days.
